Walk Healthy Cauliflower Rice for Grain-Free Humans Ingredients: 1 head of cauliflower, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 1 small onion, 1 pat of butter, salt and pepper to taste. 1. Rinse and dry the cauliflower. Cut the florets into big pieces and the stem into thin disks. 2. Pulse in the food processor until it’s crumbly. 3. Heat the oil and butter in a pan. Chop and add the onion. Stir until brown. 4. Add the cauliflower. Cook for 5 minutes. 5. Add salt and pepper. You can also add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, ½ teaspoon cumin or ½ teaspoon turmeric. Or add them all! Have with your preferred protein and other vegetables!
