Recipes for Grain-Free Humans
Curry Green cabbage;
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter, 2 bags of coleslaw mix,
1 teaspoon of minced garlic, 2 onions,
½ pound of ground Turkey, 1 tbsp. of ginger, curry powder, Cumin, salt and pepper to taste.
Directions: Cut the onions in half after peeling them and fried them in a sauce pan with the butter, Glaze them and then add the garlic. Prep the ground turkey with salt, pepper and curry powder and mix it together in a bowl. When the Garlic is brownish add the ground turkey to the sauce pan and fried it altogether. Mix the 2 bags of coleslaw in the sauce pan . Add some cumin, the ginger and some more curry powder to taste, the cabbage should look yellowish. Simmer on a low heat for about 10 minutes or until the cabbage looks limb and you are ready to serve
Tip:
Add cauliflower mash as an added serving, also instead of ground Turkey you can use ground Chicken, or chunks of chicken.
You also can us Savoy cabbage or mix the 2.
